  1. CAN I RETURN A PIECE OF ARTWORK IF IT I AM NOT SATISFIED WITH IT?

    We want you to be satisfied with the artwork you receive. If, for any reason you are not satisfied with it, you are able to claim a refund if you contact us to make the request within 48 hours after receiving your order. If you then return the artwork within 7 days after receiving your order, we'll issue you a refund on the purchase price of the artwork. You will need to pay for the return shipping and you must also use the original packaging.
  2. HOW DO I RETURN A PIECE OF ARTWORK?

    Our return process is simple. When you receive your artwork, please keep the original packaging. Repackage the art in its original box and contact us within 48 hours at info@art-wowyu.com for further instructions.
  3. HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST TO SEND ART OUTSIDE OF HONG KONG?

    For artwork shipped outside of Hong Kong, shipping costs vary based on the size of the art, the destination country, and the packing materials needed to safely transport the art. Once you express your interest in a piece of artwork by clicking BUY NOW, we will get back to you as quickly as possible with confirmation that the artwork is still available and details of the shipping and insurance costs, if applicable. Taxes may apply according to your local customs policy and the customs may contact you in such cases.
  4. HOW DO YOU SHIP ARTWORK?

    All artwork is packaged in custom built boxes to insure safe delivery.
  5. ONCE I PURCHASE AN ARTWORK, HOW MANY DAYS WILL IT TAKE TO ARRIVE?

    Artwork is typically shipped within three business days. Once your artwork is shipped, please allow three to ten more business days, depending on the origin and destination. International shipping may take even longer due to customs procedures. You will receive an email with a tracking number so that you can see exactly when your art will arrive. We aim to deliver all original art anywhere in the world within 2 weeks. For prints, they will be ready for dispatch within two business days and you should receive your print within one week, again, depending on the destination.
  6. WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I RECEIVE A DAMAGED ARTWORK?

    If you receive a damaged piece of art, contact us within 48 hours at info@art-wowyu.com. Please save the box and all packaging material; we must have these items in order to process the claim.
  7. HOW DO I SEARCH FOR AND PURCHASE ARTWORK AT ART WOWYU?

    At the top of the home page, you will find a keyword search bar where you can type a keyword into the keyword search bar. Or you can search for different artwork categories by clicking on them. To purchase a piece of art, simply click the "Buy Now" button next to the piece of art you are looking at. You will then be asked to confirm your interest in purchasing the artwork and we'll be in touch with payment and delivery options to ensure your purchase arrives as quickly as possible.
  8. WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

    Art Wowyu accepts PayPal or Visa / Mastercard (through the Paypal platform)

  1. CAN ARTISTS LIVING OUTSIDE OF HONG KONG JOIN Art Wowyu AND DISPLAY THEIR ARTWORK?

    Artists from anywhere in the world are able to join Art Wowyu. With many international shipping options available, art can be sent almost anywhere.
  2. WHERE IS ART WOWYU BASED?

    Although we are a virtual gallery, we have an office address in Hong Kong.
  3. IF I EXHIBIT MY WORK AT ART WOWYU, CAN I ALSO DISPLAY IT IN OTHER ONLINE GALLERIES?

    Art Wowyu has the exclusive right to the artwork displayed on the website. This prevents the risk of selling the same piece of art to two different parties. However, artists are encouraged to display their work in physical galleries and at exhibitions in the city the artwork originates.
  4. HOW DO I KNOW WHEN MY ARTWORK IS SOLD? WHAT DO I DO ONCE IT IS SOLD?

    After your art is sold, we will contact you to confirm that the artwork is still available. After receiving payment from the buyer, we will liaise with you to make the necessary shipping arrangements.
  5. WHEN AND HOW DO I GET PAID FOR SOLD ARTWORK?

    We will make the payment to you within 3 days after the artwork is delivered to the buyer if you use Paypal as your payment method. Our handling fee will be deducted from the purchase price, which varies according to your membership level. For other payment methods, it will usually take an additional five business days and additional charges may be incurred for bank transfers or other methods. Therefore, we recommend that all our artists open a Paypal account.
  6. CAN BUYERS FROM OVERSEAS PURCHASE MY ARTWORK?

    Yes. We can ship your artwork to most countries. However, there may be situations where only prints can be shipped to certain countries.
  7. WHAT IS ART WOWYU'S RETURN POLICY?

    We offer a 7-day return period to the buyer for original work. The detailed return policy is at Return Policy.
  8. HOW DO I SUBMIT ART ON YOUR WEBSITE?

    You can upload your art via our website. We will then verify it before it is made available to buyers.
  9. DO I NEED TO SIGN MY ARTWORK?

    All artwork should be signed. It is essential that you are identified as the artist who created the artwork. Buyers will be more inclined to buy artwork that has been signed.
